Yesterday something happened. Finally some good news that’s not on the mainstream news media channels, which undoubtedly specialises in only fake news these days. We’re talking of course about the bombshell of eleven house Republicans calling for criminal prosecution of Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Dana Boente, whom are all being cited in a letter for investigation of potential violations of federal statutes.
The news came in on live television no less, on the extremely leftist anti-Trump program entitled ‘The View’, where James Comey was a guest due to his dud of a book which is mostly focused on Trump, called ‘A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership‘, so let’s take a look at when it happened, and just focus on James Comey, as nervous and clueless laughter breaks out in the studio.
The Department of Justice and the FBI have the letter from the eleven House Republicans, and within the said letter, lawmakers state that the Justice Department should investigate James Comey for perjury and making false statements to Congress about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Andrew McCabe should be charged for a “lack of candor”, with an inspector general report released on Friday, reporting that McCabe lacked candor four times, including three times under oath, which was the basis for his firing last month.
The lawmakers state that Comey, McCabe, Yates and Boente are all referred because they signed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA Warrant, to wiretap former Trump aide Carter Page.
The lawmakers also note that House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Devin Nunes, has already told Jeff Sessions that FBI and DOJ leaders used the Steele dossier to obtain the warrant on Carter Page, and because the Steele dossier which was commissioned through Fusion GPS contained false information, and thus, they should all be criminally charged.
Additionally, Loretta Lynch is implicated for failing to prosecute on the Uranium One Deal. FBI agent Peter Strzok and DOJ lawyer Lisa Page are mentioned for interfering with the Clinton email investigation. Furthermore, the letter calls for the FBI personnel responsible for signing the Carter Page warrant application, which is Comey, McCabe, as well as former Deputy Attorney General, Sally Yates, and former US Attorney Dana Boente for violating Page’s civil liberties, to be prosecuted.
The letter states that they are “especially mindful of the dissimilar degrees of zealousness that has marked the investigations into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the presidential campaign of Donald Trump, respectively.”
Here down below the cut, you can take a look at the letter in full, which will no doubt be a cause for concern for those implicated within it. It’s funny how none of this is being reported by the mainstream media, isn’t it?
