The Journey mode will return for a final time with Alex Hunter entering into the final part of the trilogy. Yes, Alex Hunter will now be entering the UEFA Champions League, after a captivating career since FIFA 17, in order to bring closure on this much loved story mode in FIFA 19, which seems like it’s about time.
New Icons will also be available in the game, such as Johan Cruyff and Steven Gerrard, to name a few. The rest of the game modes will remain the same, but always improved, with kick-off, career mode, seasons and Ultimate Team popular as per usual, with the Frostbite engine all included to make the game look continually amazing. FIFA 19 have really outdone themselves in cementing the official license of the UEFA Champions League, which will be a welcome addition to the latest game in the franchise, sending FIFA gamers into a frenzy come launch day, even more so than usual.
Now the launch day is on September 28th, but we still have an eventful time with FIFA 18 World Cup mode to keep us busy until then. But one thing is for sure, we didn’t expect FIFA 19 to come out with this impressive collaboration with UEFA and that brings something entirely new and special to the FIFA 19 franchise, so we expect this game to sell like hot cakes come the Fall.
FIFA 19 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch on September 28th, 2018.
