Whatever happened to the two Democrat darlings of porn star Stormy Daniels and creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti? The latter has already been evicted from his law offices in Los Angeles, filed for bankruptcy, lost his standing with Democrats, plus been arrested in a domestic abuse incident with an Eastern European model, and now he’s potentially ploughing his way into a legal dispute with his former client.
Yes, it’s all happening! Now if you’ve been following Stormy Daniels in the news and not on Pornhub, then you’d already know that she lost her Defamation case (thrown out!) against president Donald Trump, over a tweet that he sent out about the e-sketch photo of the supposed suspect that she claims told her not to talk of the supposed affair that she had with the president, some eleven or twelve years ago.
Now, as we pretty much suspected all along, this crazy idea to sue Donald Trump over a tweet (which they lost!), was reportedly the brainchild of Michael Avenatti, as was recently told by Stormy Daniels herself. Ouch, we think you call that “karma!”
So, who’s going to fork out the cash to pay all the legal costs? Well, if this latest news is anything to go by, it may signify that Michael Avenatti will have to pay for it, since it doesn’t seem like Stormy Daniels will part with her cash, now does it?
The estimated sum of legal expenses for Trump and for the failed defamation case is somewhere above $350,000 at the very least, and now somebody will have to foot the bill. It seems that Stormy Daniels is making her case that Avenatti is the one to blame and that he should pay for it, since it was his idea, going against her wishes to sue Trump. However, this all remains to be seen, as to who will pay and if Stormy would prefer if Avenatti sorted the final bill.
Stormy Daniels told The Daily Beast that she accused Avenatti of starting a crowd fundraising effort without her permission, and said that he didn’t treat her with respect.
Stormy said, “For months I’ve asked Michael Avenatti to give me accounting information about the fund my supporters so generously donated to for my safety and legal defense. He has repeatedly ignored those requests.”
She added, “Days ago I demanded again, repeatedly, that he tell me how the money was being spent and how much was left. Instead of answering me, without my permission or even my knowledge Michael launched another crowdfunding campaign to raise money on my behalf. I learned about it on Twitter.”
Where has this money now gone to? Is there any money left? Plus, with Michael Avenatti’s highly publicised financial problems, one surely must start to wonder, just how all this will work out in the end, right?
Stormy Daniels elaborated, “Michael has been a great advocate in many ways. I’m tremendously grateful to him for aggressively representing me in my fight to regain my voice. But in other ways Michael has not treated me with the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client.”
It’s now becoming clearer that Stormy Daniels will eventually part ways with Michael Avenatti, but there’s one problem, who’s going to fork out the $350k for the Trump tweet demafation lawsuit, which was dismissed and thrown out by a Federal judge, who also ruled that Stormy Daniels should rightly pay the president’s legal fees, on top of all other expenses.
Daniels said, “My goal is the same as it has always been – to stand up for myself and take back my voice after being bullied and intimidated by President Trump and his minions.”
However, it does seem like it’s been Stormy Daniels, CNN and a failed cabal coup to topple the president in the name of a fake news onslaught over an alleged affair from way over ten years ago, which has been the real bully all along, against the US president, but don’t discuss that with your average brainwashed liberal. Since they might get “TRIGGERED!”
Daniels then added in a clear comment of stormy delusion, “One way or another I’m going to continue in that fight, and I want everyone who has stood by me to know how profoundly grateful I am for their support.”
Meanwhile, Michael Avenatti released a statement, (he really loves making statements, doesn’t he?) as follows:
‘I have personally sacrificed an enormous amount of money, time and energy toward assisting her because I believe in her. I have always been an open book with Stormy as to all aspects of her cases and she knows that.’
‘The retention agreement Stormy signed back in February provided that she would pay me $100.00 and that any and all other monies raised via a legal fund would go toward my legal fees and costs.’
‘Instead, the vast majority of the money raised has gone toward her security expenses and similar other expenses. The most recent campaign was simply a refresh of the prior campaign, designed to help defray some of Stormy’s expenses.’
It will be interesting to find out, just who pays the legal expenses for the lost defamation case, since will brainwashed CNN liberals’ really pay them even more money now, if Avenatti creates yet another crowd fund me page to help Stormy Daniels and himself sort out those remaining legal fees. Let’s wait and see, shall we?
Michael Avenatti had recently claimed that the Russians had set up a media smear operation against him, resulting in all that bad press, which is about as true as that story of US Astronauts landing on the moon back in 1969.
Anyway, there’s some good news on Michael Avenatti’s doorstep, after he kicked out that Ukrainian model with reported force from his doorstep, and that’s that Los Angeles prosecutors declined to file felony domestic abuse charges against him, for that incident, which was originally classed as Domestic Violence.
So, lets hope all this just blows over and Michael Avenatti can still run as the Democrat presidential candidate in 2020, since wouldn’t that be something, eh?
